Δεν συμπεριλαμβάνονται τα έξοδα μετακίνησης και τα γεύματα. Για τις μεταφορές μας θα οργανώσουμε carpooling για εξυπηρέτηση όσων δεν έχουν μεταφορικό μέσο αλλά και εξοικονόμηση εξόδων για όλους.

We understand that plans can change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our company, allowing for flexibility while ensuring the sustainability of our operations.

1. Cancellation Period:
   • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund.
   • Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the scheduled departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
   • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled departure date are non-refundable.
2.  Refunds:
   • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
3. No-Shows:
   • No-shows, or participants who fail to join the adventure trip without prior notice, will not be eligible for any refund.
4. Trip Cancellation by our company: The Thing About Greece:
   • In the rare event that we must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

By booking an adventure trip with The Thing About Greece, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
